Who is responsible

What data we process

• Purchase data: name, e-mail, phone (optional), tickets, amount and date.

• Payment: handled by Stripe. We do not receive your full card details.

• If you tick the box, your consent to receive news by e-mail, with its date.

• Technical data about your visit to the page and the purchase form (without identifying you by name).

• Advertising cookies from Meta, TikTok and Google, only if you accept them.

Purposes and legal bases

• Managing your purchase, sending your tickets and supporting you (performance of the contract).

• Meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

• Security and fraud prevention, and measuring visits and sales on our own pages (legitimate interest).

• Sending you news and offers from Ana Carla Maza (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

• Measuring and showing advertising on Meta, TikTok and Google (your consent in the cookie banner).

Who receives the data

• Ticketools, the ticketing platform, which processes it on our behalf.

• Stripe (payments), Resend (e-mail delivery), Supabase (database) and Cloudflare (web hosting and abuse protection).

• Meta, TikTok and Google, only if you accept advertising cookies.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

How long we keep it

Purchase data, for as long as needed for the concert and then for the periods required by law (for example, accounting). News subscriptions, until you unsubscribe. Cookies, 13 months at most.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its use and withdraw your consents by writing to production@acmglobalmusic.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (France) or to the data protection authority of your country.

Cookies

• tt-ad-consent (local storage): keeps your choice in the cookie banner. Necessary.

• Technical data of the purchase form (session storage): needed for the purchase to work.

• Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc), TikTok Pixel (_ttp) and Google Ads (_gcl_*): measurement and advertising. Only with your consent.
